CompWest Online Training Center
Unlimited, free-of-charge, 24/7 access to an online training system provided by the Lezage Training Center is available to all our policyholders. This system is quickly deployed with minimal staff training. It couples training modules on safety and human resources topics with easy-to-use administrative features to give an employer everything they need to run an effective employee training program.
The Lezage system features over 200 interactive training modules, quizzes, completion certificates, individual and group training, electronic training records, modules in Spanish and more.
Training
Our training resources provide customers with access to more than 100 safety training courses which are available in English and Spanish. This unique solution can help you meet employee training goals and provide consistent delivery of training content.
The CompWest Insurance Company Safety Training Center is easy to use. After registering, an employer will be granted immediate access to begin employee training, and employees may visit the training center with a single access code. Completion certificates are available after a training course has been completed.

Safety Video Library
CompWest has partnered with National Resource Safety Center to offer more than 6,000 safety training videos to customers. The videos are available in VHS, DVD or Streaming format and are available to CompWest policyholders at no charge for a two week period.

Clinical Education for Health Care Customers
CompWest has developed a partnership with Relias, a provider of clinical educational resources. Policyholders who purchase one of Relias’ available packages will have the opportunity to access focused learning solutions with tracking and reporting capabilities, as well as health care industry-specific trainings, through the Relias Learning Management System (LMS).
