Compwest Monthly — April 2016
Policy Renewals Made Easy in eLink
On May 1, 2016, all remaining CompWest policies in our former policy quoting and submission system, Stone River, will be moved into our current system, eLink. For many agents, this will be the first time policy renewals have been processed through a new system.
To keep you informed throughout the transition to eLink, we’ll update you with bi-monthly renewal tips through our ongoing “eLink Tips” emails. Agents will be contacted through Outlook with policy renewal information, including renewal quotes, 30 to 60 days prior to a policy’s expiration date.
At CompWest, we’re always looking for ways to make doing business with us even easier, and we hope this new process accomplishes that goal. More detailed instructions and other eLink tips can be found on our website. You can also contact Cristin Croce or your business development consultant with any questions.
Coming Soon: CompWest’s 2016 Agent Satisfaction Survey
CompWest values its partnerships with agents, and strives to meet your needs and expectations by providing exceptional customer service. We take your feedback very seriously, which is why we’re once again conducting the annual Agent Satisfaction Survey to gauge how you think we’re doing and how we can better serve you.
Your feedback and constructive criticism helps us develop goals and strategies for the organization in a variety of areas, including claims services, underwriting and pricing. Your overall satisfaction with the way we do our business is our top priority.
As an added incentive to take the survey, all participants will be registered for a chance to win a BOSE Bluetooth Speaker or a $50 Visa gift card. No purchase is necessary, and participants who complete the survey are automatically eligible for the drawing.
Please watch for an email from Bryan Bogardus on Wednesday, May 4, and click on the link to participate in this brief survey. Thank you for your partnership with CompWest.
