CompWest Customer Satisfaction Results

At CompWest, we want to provide the best service possible to our Policyholders and Injured workers.  We care what our customers have to say.  That's why we are one of the few insurance companies to ask our Policyholders  and Injured workers how they feel about us and what we can do to improve. 

Our Policyholder Results:

Ninety days after policy inception, we send our Policyholders a survey regarding our general services including Claims, Safety, Billing, etc.  Here are our results: 

  • 96% received the correct information on their Policy
     
  • 96% are satisfied with the convenience of their Medical Provider Network
     
  • 93% are satisfied with Loss Control Services
     
  • 94% are satisfied with Payment options and instructions
     
  • 92% of Policyholders said they are happy with the overall service provided by CompWest

Injured Worker Satisfaction:

Twenty days following the date of Injury, Injured workers are contacted via telephone by a bilingual third party call center.  They are asked to rate a series of questions regarding CompWest's claims services and their overall satisfaction with CompWest on a scale of 1-5.  (1= strongly disagree, 5 = strongly agree).
