Policyholders and Injured workers how they feel about us and what we can

Our Policyholder Results:
Ninety days after policy inception, we send our
Policyholders a survey regarding our general services including Claims, Safety,
Billing, etc. Here are our results:

Injured Worker Satisfaction:
Twenty days following the date of Injury, Injured workers are contacted via
telephone by a bilingual third party call center. They are asked to rate a
series of question regarding CompWest's claims services and their overall
satisfaction with CompWest on a scale of 1-5. (1= strongly disagree,
5 = strongly agree).
